Boxing classes are for those looking to gain a better understanding of boxing as a skill – not just for fitness. Incorporating padwork, footwork skills, defensive maneuvers & sparring drills.
Strength
The perfect class to compliment your boxing training. This small group class – which is capped to ensure you receive individual attention – is held in our fully equipped weights room. Under the watchful eye of your Coach you will be guided through weighted movements. Looking to increase strength & build muscle – then look no further.
